Enclosure.

Report by the Attorney General on Ordinance No:26 of 1886.

ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE,

14th December 1886.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to Amend the Law relating to Wills;" and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions.

This Ordinance enacts at length the provisions of 15 and 16 Vict: Ch: 24 which had been extended to this Colony by Ordinance 3 of 1854.

Sd Edw. J. Ackroyd,
